Create it. Wear it. Be it!
Art you don’t just make—you move in! Wearable Art is a lively summer art camp for children ages 6–11 that celebrates self-expression, imagination, and confidence through art designed to be worn and shared. From crowns to capes, campers turn everyday materials into bold creations that reflect their personalities and ideas.
Throughout the week, young artists will design paper crowns or headpieces inspired by fantasy worlds, animals, or repeating patterns, weave friendship bracelets or necklaces using beads, yarn, and cardboard looms, and decorate capes or vests with symbols and designs that tell a story. Campers will also create playful statement glasses or masks using cardboard and colorful cellophane—perfect for showing off their style.
At The Hub on Canal, we believe art builds confidence and connection. Wearable Art offers a welcoming, supportive environment where kids can explore identity, movement, and creativity—ending each day with something they’re proud to wear home
